Snack Orders

Please use this form to place your snack orders from Nutrition Services.

A two-week lead time is required for all orders.

Furthermore, we request a lead time of three weeks for orders consisting of 3 or more cases of a single item.

Some items may not be available at the time of order. Prices are subject to change due to market value. An invoice will be emailed to the contact person. Once items are received, please respond to the email notating that the invoice is "Ok to Pay" and return/email it to the Nutrition Services Secretary.
